Comments: Here we have a 96 Cobra Cpe with a few good parts still left on it. The inside of this one is in good shape with a nice 4.6L DOHC motor, a T-45 transmission, black console, nice black leather front and back seats. The outside is still in descent shape as well with a good passenger side quarter panel, cherry Cobra rear bumper cover, Cobra spoiler and a trunklid with a 3rd brake light. Lee Iacocca wanted the switch-over to the Mustang II to occur in 1968, but Ford's President Bunkie Knudsen preferred the larger Mustangs. When Bunkie Knudsen left in `69, Lee Iacocca got to work on the Mustang II.
